  • Affiliated persons of the company are defined as follows:
    1) legal entity owning 20% or more shares of the company;
    2) individual together with close relatives owning 20% or more shares;
    3) board member or executive director;
    4) legal entity in which the company owns 20%+ of charter capital;
    5) subsidiary companies;
    6) related ownership structures;
    7) supervisory board composition rules;
    8) executive body relations;
    9–11) other legally defined affiliation cases.
