Ensures execution of acts of the Oliy Majlis, President of Uzbekistan, Cabinet of Ministers, and decisions of “Uzbekistan Railways” JSC;

Ensures company efficiency and implements measures to improve safety;

Implements HR policy;

Coordinates financial and economic planning;

Ensures fairness and a balance of economic and administrative management methods;

Biography

Born in 1975 in Tashkent.

Graduated from Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers in 1997.

Started career in 1997 in railway operations.

1997–1999 — railway station positions
1999–2000 — train dispatcher
2000–2001 — Chief Engineer, Khavast station
2001–2003 — engineering and management roles in “Uztemiryo‘lguztrans”
2003–2006 — railway network management positions
2006–2008 — Director of Tashkent Central Station
2008–2010 — Deputy Director of “Uztemiryo‘lpass”
2010–2016 — technical control management positions in “Uzbekistan Railways”
2017–2018 — Acting Chairman of “YO‘LREFTRANS” JSC
2018–present — Chairman of the Board

Married, has children.

Director for Technical and Production Affairs

Responsibilities:

Manages production-technical department, chief mechanic, chief energy department, labor safety department, transport and supply units, workshops and technical maintenance units.

Organizes implementation of new technologies.

Controls acceptance of spare parts and materials.

Ensures labor safety, technical control and production discipline.

Develops measures to prevent accidents.

Plans and supervises equipment repair and modernization.

Organizes winter preparation activities.

Organizes staff training and qualification improvement.

Director for Operations and Sales

Responsibilities:

Manages refrigerated rolling stock operations.

Organizes and supervises train crews.

Ensures safety, labor protection and train movement safety.

Improves transport efficiency and reduces costs.

Manages wagon operation and leasing.

Controls transportation of temperature-sensitive cargo.
